The count of customers with an inactive status (not currently receiving service).

Includes paused, seasonal, and temporarily suspended accounts. These are reactivation opportunities.

The count of customers currently receiving service with an active status.

Total Customers

The total count of all customer records in the system.

The count of customers who terminated service during the selected time period.
